Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern use of the KB Trailer website, online booking services, trailer rentals, delivery services, and related services.
Effective July 31, 20261. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to services offered by KB Trailer Rentals & Sales, referred to on this page as “KB Trailer,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”
The person making the reservation is responsible for reading these Terms and ensuring that all drivers, employees, contractors, helpers, and other users comply with them.
A separate rental agreement may apply to a specific reservation. When a rental agreement contains additional or more specific terms, the signed rental agreement controls for that rental.
2. Services
KB Trailer may provide services including:
- Customer-towed dump trailer rentals
- Stationary dump trailer rentals
- Trailer delivery and pickup
- Load & Go services
- Contractor and roofing rentals
- Property cleanout rentals
- Approved debris hauling and disposal
Not every service is available through instant online booking. Delivery, pickup, hauling, and certain specialty rentals may require direct approval from KB Trailer.
3. Customer Eligibility
Customers must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Customers towing equipment must provide a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and an appropriate tow vehicle, hitch, electrical connection, and towing equipment.
KB Trailer may refuse or cancel a rental when the tow vehicle, property, placement area, requested use, materials, weather, access, or other conditions appear unsafe or unsuitable.
4. Booking and Confirmation
Online availability is subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. A submitted request, inquiry, selected date, or pending booking does not guarantee equipment availability.
Delivery requests are not confirmed until KB Trailer has reviewed the address, placement conditions, requested dates, debris type, rental length, pricing, payment, and required documents.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, project, vehicle, address, and material information.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Additional Charges
Rental prices are based on the selected trailer, service, rental period, delivery distance, included weight, debris type, disposal requirements, and other details stated at booking or on the invoice.
Payment must be completed according to the booking confirmation, invoice, or rental agreement. Delivery rentals must be paid before delivery unless KB Trailer approves another arrangement in writing.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excess weight or disposal charges
- Rental extensions and late returns
- A late fee of $25 per day
- Additional delivery or pickup attempts
- Blocked, inaccessible, or unsafe pickup locations
- Cleaning or removal of prohibited materials
- Equipment damage or missing equipment
- Customer-requested changes
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the approved cancellation process or directly confirmed by KB Trailer. Leaving a voicemail, sending a message, or abandoning a reservation does not necessarily complete the cancellation.
Additional information is available in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Equipment Use and Safety
Customers agree to:
- Use the trailer only for its intended lawful purpose
- Follow all instructions, weight limits, and fill lines
- Properly secure all loads before transportation
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the equipment
- Immediately report accidents, damage, theft, or mechanical issues
- Not modify, repair, sublease, lend, or transfer the equipment
- Not operate or move equipment while impaired
Stationary delivery trailers may not be moved, hitched, repositioned, or transported by the customer unless KB Trailer provides written authorization.
8. Delivery, Placement, and Pickup
Customers must provide a safe, accessible, firm, and reasonably level placement area with adequate clearance for delivery and retrieval.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission from property owners, landlords, homeowners’ associations, municipalities, jobsite supervisors, or other authorities when required.
KB Trailer may decline or change a requested placement location due to soft ground, slopes, limited access, overhead wires, tree limbs, weather, property risks, or other safety concerns.
The trailer must remain accessible for pickup. Additional charges may apply when access is blocked or another trip is required.
9. Materials and Loading Restrictions
Customers must accurately disclose all materials before the rental. Loads may be inspected before transportation or disposal.
Prohibited materials include:
- Hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials
- Fuel, oil, wet paint, chemicals, or pesticides
- Pressurized cylinders or containers
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials
- Wet concrete or contaminated soil
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Electronics, appliances, or automotive materials without approval
Concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, brick, tile, and other dense materials require prior approval and may have reduced fill limits, separate pricing, or additional disposal charges.
10. Loss, Damage, and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the equipment from the beginning of the rental until it is returned to or retrieved by KB Trailer.
The customer may be responsible for damage, loss, theft, misuse, improper loading, prohibited materials, tire damage, towing damage, cleanup costs, recovery costs, and other charges caused during the rental period, except to the extent prohibited by law.
11. Property Conditions
Heavy equipment may affect asphalt, concrete, pavers, grass, dirt, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other surfaces. Customers should identify hidden utilities, septic systems, drainage structures, sprinklers, and other property concerns before delivery.
KB Trailer does not guarantee that every requested placement area is suitable or free from possible surface effects.
12. Email Communications and Marketing
KB Trailer may send transactional or relationship emails concerning bookings, payments, agreements, account access, delivery, pickup, cancellations, and customer service.
Promotional emails will be sent according to applicable law and the customer’s marketing preferences. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to complete a rental.
Customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe option included in those messages. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not prevent necessary booking or account communications.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the KB Trailer Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer-account login information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any provision that is found unenforceable will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
KB Trailer may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Reservations remain subject to the applicable terms and rental agreement associated with the confirmed booking.
16. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms may be submitted through the KB Trailer contact page.
