- No blocked vehicles, gates, or equipment

Conditions Requiring Review
- Soft, wet, sandy, or unstable ground

- Placement on streets or public areas
- Gated or restricted-access communities
Placement approval: KB Trailer may decline or modify the requested placement location when access, surface conditions, clearance, property protection, weather, or retrieval conditions create a safety concern.

Why can’t I book this service through the regular booking page?
Delivery rentals require additional review because pricing and availability depend on the delivery address, trailer placement, project type, debris, rental length, weight, and pickup schedule.
Does submitting a request reserve the trailer?
No. A request allows KB Trailer to review the project. The trailer is not reserved until availability, pricing, payment, agreements, delivery details, and confirmation are completed.
Do I need a truck or trailer hitch?
No. KB Trailer handles delivery and pickup for this service. The customer does not tow the trailer.
Can the trailer be placed on the street?
Street placement may require municipal, county, HOA, or property approval and may not be available in every location. Customers are responsible for obtaining required permissions.
What happens if the pickup area is blocked?
The trailer must remain accessible for pickup. Additional trip, delay, labor, or rental charges may apply when the trailer cannot be safely retrieved at the scheduled time.
Is debris disposal included?
Included services, weight allowances, disposal charges, and overage fees depend on the confirmed rental option. These details will be provided before the reservation is finalized.
