Cancellation Policy
Please review the cancellation requirements before confirming your KB Trailer reservation.
A $50 cancellation fee applies when a customer cancels a confirmed trailer reservation.
When the Fee Applies
The $50 cancellation fee applies to customer-requested cancellations after the reservation has been confirmed by KB Trailer.
The fee may be charged to the payment method associated with the reservation or deducted from any eligible prepaid refund.
How to Cancel
Customers should cancel through the cancellation link contained in their booking email, through their customer account, or by contacting KB Trailer directly.
Refunds
When a prepaid reservation is otherwise eligible for a refund, the $50 cancellation fee will be deducted before the remaining eligible amount is returned.
Refund-processing time may depend on the original payment method and financial institution.
Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule instead of canceling. New dates are not guaranteed and remain subject to trailer availability, delivery scheduling, service area, and project approval.
KB Trailer may choose to transfer an existing payment to an approved new date. Approval of a reschedule and any waiver of the cancellation fee are at KB Trailer’s discretion.
Delivery and Pickup Reservations
Delivery reservations require coordinated scheduling. If the trailer has already been dispatched or expenses have already been incurred, delivery, mileage, labor, or other completed-service charges may remain payable in addition to the cancellation fee.
Unsafe Conditions or KB Trailer Cancellation
KB Trailer may delay, reschedule, or cancel service because of unsafe weather, inaccessible property, equipment issues, disposal-facility closures, incorrect project information, prohibited materials, or other safety or operational concerns.
The customer cancellation fee will not apply when KB Trailer cancels solely because it cannot provide the confirmed rental and the customer did not cause the cancellation.
No-Shows and Failure to Accept Delivery
Failure to appear for pickup, provide required documents, complete payment, provide safe access, or accept a scheduled delivery may be treated as a customer cancellation.
